摘　　要：创新创业课程教学的效果及学生的满意度除了依赖课程体系设计,还取决于教学主体教师。在课堂教学中,教师的专业背景、知识结构、教学设计能力、创新创业实践经验等因素会影响课堂成效。教学主体需要不断提升自身的教学能力,改变教学思维,丰富教学经验,促进自我转型,方能更好地展开教学,提升教学效果,设计令学生满意的创业课堂。The teaching effect of innovation and entrepreneurship courses and students’ satisfaction depend not only on the design of the curriclum, but also on the teachers who are the main teaching subjects.In classroom-teaching, such factors as teachers’ professional background, knowledge structure, ability in teaching design and innovative & entrepreneurial experience influence the teaching effect.As teaching subjects, teachers should promote their teaching ability, change their way of thinking and facilitate their transformation to better carry out their teaching work, improve the teaching effect and make a good design of entrepreneurship class for students’ satisfaction.
