摘  要:事业激情是中国共产党干部的优秀品质,也是干部创新创业的灵魂。目前,学界对企业组织中的工作激情探讨较为深入,而对事业激情关注不足。基于自我决定理论,以300名公务员为被试,探讨基于使命驱动的事业激情对干部创新行为的影响。结果发现:基于使命驱动的事业激情对组织认同与干部创新行为均具有显著的正向影响;组织认同在基于使命驱动的事业激情与干部创新行为之间起到部分中介作用;人-组织匹配正向调节基于使命驱动的事业激情对组织认同的正向影响;人-组织匹配正向调节组织认同在基于使命驱动的事业激情与干部创新行为间的中介作用。对此,建议管理者要激发干部队伍的事业激情,提高个体的组织认同度及其与组织的匹配程度。Career passion is not only the excellent quality of cadres of the Communist Party of China,but also the soul of their innovation and entrepreneurship.At present,the academic circles have a more in-depth discussion on the work passion in enterprise organizations,but pay insufficient attention to the career passion.Based on the self-determination theory,with 300 civil servants as the subjects,the influence of mission-driven career passion on cadres'innovation behavior is discussed.The results show that the mission-driven career passion has a significant positive impact on both organizational identification and cadre innovative behavior;organizational identification plays a partial mediating role between mission-driven career passion and cadres'innovation behavior;person-organization fit positively regulates the positive impact of mission-driven career passion on organizational identification;person-organization fit positively regulates the intermediary role of organization identification between mission-driven career passion and cadres'innovation behavior.In this regard,it is suggested that managers should stimulate the career passion of the cadre team,and improve the individual organizational identification degree and its matching degree with the organization.
