摘　　要：立德树人是教育的根本任务,而课程思政则是实现这一战略举措的有效途径.组织学与胚胎学是医学专业基础课程,推动课程思政建设与实践,对于医学生综合素质的培养尤为重要.该文以组织学与胚胎学课程中"人体精子的发生"的教学为例,从教学分析、教学实施过程、教学评价与反馈、教学反思与总结四个方面进行探索和研究,以学生为中心的参与式教学为主导,充分利用信息技术,深度挖掘思政素材,进行线上线下的混合式教学设计.将课程思政教育与专业课程教学深度融合,在注重培养医学生专业知识技能的同时,将思想政治教育渗透到教学的各环节、各方面,将课程思政真正落到实处,同时为基础医学课程思政建设提供参考.Fostering virtue is the fundamental task of education,and ideological and political education in special⁃ized courses is an effective way to realize this strategy.Histology and Embryology is a basic course for medical ma⁃jors.Promoting the construction and practice of ideological and political education in this course is particularly important for cultivating the comprehensive quality of medical students.Taking the teaching of“Human Spermato⁃genesis”in the course of Histology and Embryology as an example,this paper explores and studies from four as⁃pects:teaching analysis,teaching implementation process,teaching evaluation and feedback,teaching reflection and summary.Led by student-centered participatory teaching,it makes full use of information technology,exca⁃vates ideological and political materials deeply,and carries out online and offline blended teaching design.To deeply integrate ideological and political education with the teaching of the course,while focusing on cultivating medical students’professional knowledge and skills,ideological and political education should be infiltrated into every link and aspect of teaching.In this way,ideological and political education is truly implemented in the course,and at the same time,it provides reference for the construction of ideological and political education in other basic medical courses.
