摘 要:随着社会与科技的不断发展,企业职工的水平提升程度已经对企业发展产生了较大影响,而高等职业教育正是承载着为社会培养技术技能人才重任的一种高等教育形式。高职院校培训中心的发展水平能够在一定程度上反映出学校的技术技能水平及其校企合作程度,为此对高职院校培训中心的培训模式和管理机制建设进行了探索和分析,提出了依据培训内容、方式、体系和场所等因素开展“一主多元”跨企业职工培训的模式,以及从培训项目、设备开发管理和培训教师培养等维度进行的培训基地管理机制建设。With the continuous development of society and science and technology,the improvement of the level of employees has had a great impact on the development of enterprises,and higher vocational education is a form of higher education that bears the heavy responsibility of training technical and skilled personnel for the society.The development level of the training center in higher vocational colleges can reflect the technical skill level of the college and the situation of school-enterprise cooperation to a certain extent.This paper explores and analyzes the training mode and management mechanism of the training center in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the mode of"One Dominance and Multiplicity,^cross-enterprise employee training based on the factors of training content,mode,system and place and the construction of training base management mechanism from the dimensions of equipment development management and training teacher training.
