摘 要:本研究从生态视角,采用质性个案研究考察了两名高校英语教师幸福感的影响因素。基于半结构性访谈及教师日志数据,研究发现:1)两名教师幸福感受师生关系、同事关系、家庭动力与支持、校外共同体支架、学校管理及考核体系、以及教师社会地位的影响;2)随着教师职业经历的发展,他们的幸福感影响因素会产生变化。与此同时,教师能动性及其积极心态对提升和维持教师幸福感具有重要作用。Underpinned by an ecological perspective, this qualitative case study investigates factors that influence two college English teachers’ wellbeing. Based on semi-structured interviews and diary data, the study demonstrates that: 1)the wellbeing of the two teachers is shaped by a variety of factors, including teacher-student relationships, relationships among colleagues, encouragement and support from families, scaffolds from communities outside their institutions, institutional administrating and evaluating systems, and social status of college teachers;and 2) with the development of the two teachers’ professional careers, the factors influencing their wellbeing experience dynamic changes. Additionally, teacher agency and their positive mindsets are of great importance for improving and sustaining their wellbeing.
