摘  要:推动高等教育、职业教育、继续教育统筹协调发展和协同创新,是新时代加快建设高质量教育体系的必然要求,也是推动职业教育和继续教育高质量发展的新路径,具有前瞻性、全局性、整体性推进“三教”高质量发展的战略意义。目前“三教”正在探索一条中国式统筹协调发展之路,需要政府完善制度与政策设计,需要高等教育强化引领作用,需要社会提高价值认同,共同推进学历、能力和贡献等值同效,解决高质量教育体系建设的瓶颈难题。Promoting the coordinated development and collaborative innovation of higher education, vocational education and continuing education is an necessary requirement to accelerate the construction of high-quality education system in the new era, and also a new path to promote the high-quality development of vocational education and continuing education. At the same time, it is with strategic significance to promote the high-quality development of the three kinds of above-mentioned education in a prospective, overall and integrative manner. At present, a Chinese way of coordinated development for the three kinds of education are being explored, which need the government to improve the system and policy design, higher education to strengthen the leading role, society to upgrade the value recognition, and finally to achieve the equal outcome in academic qualifications, capabilities and contributions, and solve the bottleneck problem of high-quality education system construction.
