摘  要:管理类课程教学历来重视案例,而案例也是承接课程思政元素的天然载体。案例教学法中的案例、举例教学中的案例和即兴教学中的案例“三位一体”的教学模式是本科管理类课程思政改革的有利武器。为落实基于“三位一体”案例的课程思政教学模式,教师们要做到课程思政元素挖掘主动化、课程思政案例库的建设更新常态化及基于案例的课程思政教学能力提升系统化。Cases or examples has always been attached much importance in the teaching of management courses,and also are the natural carrier of ideological and political elements.The"Trinity"teaching mode of cases and examples includes cases in case-based teaching,examples in example-based teaching and examples in impromptu teaching.This"trinity"teaching mode is a powerful weapon of courses for ideological and political education reform in undergraduate management courses.In order to implement this"trinity"teaching mode,teachers should take the initiative to excavate the elements of ideological and political education in the teaching cases and examples,collect and update the cases and examples that full of ideological and political education elements,and improve the teaching ability of ideological and political education.
