新时代教学改革背景下“南体模式”本科导师制的探索与思考

摘　　要：在新时代教学改革背景下,建立起具有南体特色的本科导师制是提高本科生培养质量的有效途径和方法。在本科导师制实施过程中应充分考虑高校办学特色。南京体育学院以教学、训练、科研“三位一体”的办学模式培养应用型体育人才,在新时代教学改革背景下本科导师制的实施应充分结合学校特色,探究“南体模式”下本科导师制人才培养模式的内涵,建立特色运行机制及保障制度,为中国体育和教育事业输送高质量人才,也为同类体育高等院校人才培养模式的改革与创新提供实践依据。To establish an undergraduate tutorial system with“Nanjing Sport Institute Model”is an effective way to improve the talent training quality in the background of the new era.During the implementation of undergraduate tutorial,the characteristics of colleges and universities should be considered thoroughly.Nanjing Sport Institute cultivates applied sports talents based on the trinity school-running structure and operating mechanism with teaching,training,and scientific research close integration,facing the implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system under the reform of the education in the new era,it should integrate the characteristics of colleges and universities,explore the connotation of the talent cultivation mode of undergraduate tutorial system under the“Nanjing Sport Institute Model”,establish the characteristic operation mechanism and implementation guarantee,and supply high-quality talents for Chinese sports and education,provide reference for the sports reform and innovation of talent cultivation mode in colleges and universities.
