摘 要:劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容。职业教育中实施劳动教育被赋予了更为深厚的劳动情怀和厚重的实践文化。当前高职院校全日制在校生为“00后”青年群体。他们在认知上强调“自我”又渴望被“认同”,价值观层面“大方向明确”与“道德界限模糊”兼具,行为上“有担当”又“行动力不足”。面向该群体的劳动教育需基于黄炎培职教思想中的“劳动育人”理念,并以学生参与为主线,立足群体特征,从而提升劳动教育实效性:营造劳动教育浓郁的社会氛围,构建多维立体化协同机制,建立全方位的教育磁场,内容上夯实知行并进实效,评价中强化劳动价值认同。Labor education is an important part of socialist education system with Chinese characteristics. The implementation of labor education in vocational colleges is endowed with deeper labor feelings and profound practical culture. At present, the full-time students in higher vocational colleges are mainly students who were born after 2000. The post-00s generation has many group characteristics in the following aspects: in cognition, they emphasize “ self”, while desire to be “ recognized” by others;in social values, they are clear about the general direction, but vague about moral boundaries;in behavior, they have responsibility but lack practical action. The labor education of this generation should be based on Huang Yanpei’ s vocational education thoughts of “ labor education”. Students’ participation should be taken as the main line to improve the effectiveness of labor education from the following aspects: creating a strong social atmosphere of labor education, building a multi-dimensional coordination mechanism, establishing an omnidirectional education magnetic field, consolidating the actual effect of both knowledge and practice in content, and strengthening the identification of labor value in evaluation.
