摘 要:目的:分析护理专业毕业生岗位胜任力现状,为培养具有岗位胜任力强的技术技能型护理人才,优化高职护理专业人才培养方案提供依据,提高贵州高职院校护理人才培养质量。方法:调查采用自制问卷,通过问卷星平台生成调查问卷二维码,借助网络向30家合作医疗机构及我校2021届毕业生发放问卷,回收在职护理人员问卷752份、毕业生问卷928份。结果:目前高职院校护理专业的人才培养方案和临床护理岗位需求存在很大差距,导致毕业生岗位胜任力差。结论:目前高职护理专业毕业生岗位胜任力不足,与用人单位需求严重脱节,导致毕业生对口就业率和就业质量均呈现下降趋势,“用工荒”和“就业难”矛盾突出,而解决这个矛盾最佳的办法是加强产教融合,以护理岗位胜任力为核心,校医深度合作,共同制订基于就业导向、技能本位的人才培养方案,以提升高职护理专业人才培养质量。Objective: To analyze the status quo of post competency of nursing graduates, so as to provide a basis for cultivating technical and skilled nursing talents with strong post competency, optimize the training program of higher vocational nursing talents, and improve the training quality of nursing talents in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou. Methods: Self-made questionnaire was used to generate a two-dimensional code of the questionnaire through the questionnaire star platform, and the questionnaire was distributed to 30 cooperative medical institutions and the graduates of year 2021 from our college through the network. 752 questionnaires of in-service nurses and 928 questionnaires of graduates were collected. Results:At present, there is a big gap between the talent training program of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges and the demand of clinical nursing post, which leads to the poor competence of graduates. Conclusion: At present, the post competency of higher vocational nursing graduates is insufficient, which is seriously disconnected with the needs of employers, resulting in a downward trend in the employment rate and employment quality of graduates. The contradiction between "labor shortage" and "employment difficulty" is prominent, and the best way to solve this contradiction is to strengthen the integration of production and education, take nursing post competency as the core, and in-depth cooperation between schools and hospitals. To jointly formulate a talent training program based on employment orientation and skills, in order to improve the training quality of higher vocational nursing professionals.
