摘 要:道岔尖轨、辙叉等轨件的特征断面与区间钢轨的特征断面有明显区别,依据传统的轨件垂直磨耗和侧面磨耗统计方法很难全面地反映全轨头断面的磨耗情况。为解决这一问题,本文提出了径向磨耗的概念,即沿钢轨轨头设计廓形法向的磨耗。通过计算径向磨耗,可得到钢轨轨头各个位置的磨耗量;利用动力学分析结果,分析廓形改变与伤损之间的联系;计算问题轨件的径向磨耗,绘制径向磨耗图并总结其特点,可有效、直观地把理论与现场使用情况联系起来。未来在大数据采集基础上,可利用径向磨耗图对道岔区轨件养护维修提供指导意见。The characteristic section of turnout switch rail,frog and other rail parts is obviously different from the section rail.It is difficult to comprehensively reflect the wear of the full rail head section according to the traditional statistical methods of vertical wear and side wear of rail parts.To solve this problem,the concept of radial wear was proposed in this paper,which means the wear along the profile normal direction of the rail head design.By calculating the radial wear,the wear of each position of the rail head can be obtained.Using the results of dynamic analysis,the relationship between profile change and damage was analyzed.By calculating the radial wear of the damaged rail,drawing diagram of the radial wear,figuring and summarizing its characteristics,we can effectively and intuitively link theoretical analysis with practice.In the future,on the basis of big data collection,the radial wear diagram can be used to provide guidance for the maintenance of rail parts in turnout area.
