摘  要:民生教育是民国时期颇有影响力的一种教育思潮,而特殊教育作为普及民生教育的重要内容之一,也受到了民生教育始倡者邰爽秋的关注。针对民国时期特殊教育机构匮乏、教育水平良莠不齐的状况,邰爽秋提出了特殊教育实施的有关设想,并成为其民生教育学校系统设计中的重要组成部分。其特殊教育思想中闪现着特殊儿童与普通儿童平等的光辉,体现了特殊教育的现代性。由于历史的局限性,邰爽秋的特殊教育思想未得以践行,但作为一种理论,仍然值得后人参考和研究。People’s livelihood education was an influential educational trend in the period of the Republic of China. As one of the important contents of the universal education of people’s livelihood, the initiator of special education, Tai Shuangqiu, is very concerned about it. In view of the lack of special education institutions and the uneven level of education during the period of the Republic of China, Tai Shuangqiu put forward some ideas about the implementation of special education, which became an important part of the design of the school system for people’s livelihood education. His thought of special education flashes the brilliance of equality between special children and normal children, which reflects the modernity of special education. Due to the limitations of history, Tai shuangqiu’s special education thought and has not been implemented, but as a theory, it is still worthy of future reference and research.
