高职院校构建“三全育人”格局的实践路径探索

摘　　要：坚持全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人是落实立德树人根本任务的本质要求和主要途径。本研究以乌鲁木齐职业大学为例,实地调研、梳理和总结其构建“三全育人”格局的路径。在全员育人上,明确“十大育人体系”的育人主体和职责;在全过程育人上,精心规划从学生入学到毕业不同阶段思想政治教育的工作重点和方法措施;在全方位育人上,打造了线上线下、课内课外、校内校外相结合的全方位实践空间。It is the essential requirement and main way of implementing the fundamental task of “cultivating people with morality” to make joint efforts by all staffs in whole process and all directions. This study takes Urumqi Vocational University as an example to investigate, sort out and summarize its path of constructing “three-wide education” synergetic system, which clarifies the responsibilities of all stuffs, carefully plans the key points and methods of ideological and political education at different stages from enrollment to graduation, combines resource online and offline, in and out of class and school and creates a comprehensive learning space.
