摘  要:以紫金蝉茶香料浸膏得率为考察指标,采用响应面法优化微波辅助萃取工艺,运用同时蒸馏萃取前处理,通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测挥发性成分。结果表明,紫金蝉茶香料浸膏的最佳萃取工艺条件为液料比9、微波功率600 W和萃取时间60 min,得率为30.21%。鉴定出68种致香物质,主要的物质为棕榈酸28.618 μg/g、苯乙醛17.864 μg/g、2-已烯醛10.921 μg/g、亚麻酸10.642 μg/g、己醛7.374 μg/g、苯乙醇5.139 μg/g、二氢芳樟醇3.674 μg/g、香叶醇3.063 μg/g等,所得的紫金蝉茶香料浸膏具有独特的香气和香味特征。Taking the extraction yield of Zijin cicada tea as the index,the microwave-assisted extraction process was optimized by response surface method. Simultaneous distillation extraction was used for the samples pretreatment;volatile components of the extract were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of Zijin cicada tea extract were :liquid-solid ratio 9,microwave power 600 W and extraction time 60 min. Under the above situation,the extraction yield was 30.21%. A total of 68 aroma components were identified,including palmitic acid 28.618 μg/g,phenylacetaldehyde 17.864 μg/g,2-hexenal 10.921 μg/g,linolenic acid 10.642 μg/g,hexanal 7.374 μg/g,phenylethanol 5.139 μg/g,dihydrolinalool 3.674 μg/g,and geraniol 3.063 μg/g. the Zijin cicada tea extract had unique aroma and fragrance characteristics.
