摘 要:目的:调查并分析某医学院学生目前的营养知识水平及饮食习惯。方法:利用随机整群抽样方法以班级为单位抽取某医学院16个班500名学生作为调查对象,对其进行营养知识、态度与饮食行为问卷调查。结果:对不同性别学生进行比较,营养良好、营养不良、营养过剩构成的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),“是否对营养知识感兴趣”和“认为营养知识对健康有影响”两项问题构成的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),“吃早餐情况”和“吃夜宵情况”两项问题构成的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男生(60.85%)营养良好的比例高于女生(83.55%),女生中营养不良者显著高于男生,而超重者和肥胖者则男生显著高于女生。女生(76.30%)“是否对营养知识感兴趣”选择“感兴趣”的比例高于男生(66.14%);女生(61.50%)“认为营养知识对健康有影响”选择“很大影响”的比例高于男生(52.10%)。女生(78.31%)“吃早餐情况”选择“每天都吃”的比例高于男生(66.82%);女生(75.83%)“吃夜宵情况”选择“从来不吃”的比例高于男生(3.17%)。结论:医学院校多数医学生对营养知识依然存在诸多认知不足或意识不够,不吃早餐或经常吃夜宵等不良行为的占比依然较大,因此强化该群体营养知识的认知、态度、行为非常必要。Objective:To investigate and analyze the nutritional knowledge level and eating habits of medical students.Method:The random cluster sampling method was used to select 500 students from 16 classes of a medical college as the investigation objects,and the questionnaire survey was conducted on their nutrition knowledge,attitude and eating behavior.Result:Compared with students of different genders,there were no statistical significance in the composition of good nutrition,undernutrition and overnutrition(P>0.05).There were statistical significance in the composition of“are you interested in nutrition knowledge”and“think nutrition knowledge has an impact on health”(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the composition of“breakfast situation”and“midnight snack situation”(P<0.05).The proportion of boys(60.85%)with good nutrition is higher than that of females(83.55%).The proportion of girls with malnutrition is significantly higher than that of boys,while the proportion of overweight and obese is significantly higher than that of girls.The proportion of girls(76.30%)who chose“interested in nutrition knowledge”was higher than that of boys(66.14%).The proportion of female students(61.50%)who think that nutrition knowledge has an impact on health is higher than that of male students(52.10%).The proportion of girls(78.31%)who chose“eat breakfast every day”was higher than that of boys(66.82%).The proportion of girls(75.83%)who chose“never eat”was higher than that of boys(3.17%).Conclusion:Most medical students in medical colleges and universities still have insufficient cognition or awareness of nutrition knowledge,and a large proportion of them still have bad behaviors in terms of dietary behaviors,such as not eating premature or often eating late night snacks.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the group’s cognition,attitude and behavior of nutrition knowledge.
