农村青少年负性生活事件与抑郁:自我怜悯的中介作用

摘　　要：采用方便取样法,选取自我怜悯量表(SCS-C)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、流调中心抑郁量表(CES-D)三量表,对1 161名农村初中生进行问卷调查,旨在考察农村青少年负性生活事件对抑郁的影响,以及自我怜悯在其中的中介效应。研究结果表明:青少年负性生活事件与抑郁呈显著正相关,与自我怜悯呈显著负相关,自我怜悯与抑郁呈显著负相关;青少年负性生活事件对农村初中生的抑郁有显著正向直接预测效应,通过自我怜悯的中介作用,青少年负性生活事件对农村初中生的抑郁也有间接预测效应,中介效应占比达47.62%。该研究结果对预防农村初中生抑郁的发生具有一定参考价值。A convenience sampling method is used in three scales,i.e.,Self-compassion Scale(SCS-C),Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Check-list(ASLEC),and Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D),to conduct a questionnaire survey on 1161 rural junior high school students,with the aim of examining the effects of rural adolescents’ negative life events on depression and the mediating effect of self-compassion.The results of the study show that adolescent life events are significantly positively correlated with depression,and significantly negatively correlated with self-compassion.Self-compassion is significantly negatively correlated with depression.Adolescent life events have a significant positive direct predictive effect on rural junior high school students’ depression,and adolescent life events also indirectly predicts rural junior high school students’ depression through the mediating effect of self-compassion,with a mediating effect of 47.62%.The results of this study have important reference value for intervening the occurrence of depression in rural junior high school students.
