摘  要:当前我国应用型高等院校采用了与中小学高度同质化的外语教学模式,“补基础”导向的教学定位脱离了学生的实际水平,“通用型”教学内容已经不能满足专业人才培养的需求。应用型高等学校外语教学困境对外语教师知识结构带来的挑战,国际上,外语教师的语言知识结构正从“单一、通用型”向“基于内容的专业型”语言知识结构转变,但是教学大纲或外语教学指南在一定程度影响了我国外语教师知识结构的发展。基于语言情境理论和学科语言范式理论,我国应用型高校公共外语教学需要考虑不同学科与专业的话语表达方式,并以此为依据来构建教学理论和教学内容,满足学生专业学习和未来工作岗位的要求,这就要求教师结合学校结合专业特色加强对专业通用知识的学习,学校有计划地对外语教师加强专业英语理论培训,教师在教学实践中不断实践和反思等方式来优化自己的知识结构。At present,applied colleges in China have adopted the foreign language teaching mode which is highly homogeneous with primary and secondary schools.The teaching orientation of“supplementing the foundation”is divorced from the actual level of students,and the“universal”teaching mode would no longer meet the needs of professional talents training.The dilemma of applied foreign language teaching mode challenges the knowledge structure of foreign language teachers.On the one hand,international foreign language teachers’language knowledge structure is changing from the‘single and universal’to the“professional-contents-based”one.On the other hand,the syllabus or foreign language teaching guides affects the development of foreign language teachers’knowledge structure to a certain extent in China.Based on the theory of language situation teaching method and subject language paradigm theory,foreign language teaching in college needs to consider different teaching presentation modes of different disciplines and specialties,and meet the requirements of students’professional learning and future jobs based on building the teaching theory and content,which requires teachers to strengthen the general professional knowledge according to specialties’characteristics and realities.The authorities should attach the importance to strengthening theory training systematically,while the teachers should pay attention to optimizing their knowledge Application⁃Oriented Higher Education Researchstructure in teaching practice constantly.
