摘  要:近年来我国乡村教育得到越来越多的关注和支持,但乡村学校发展仍面临许多亟待破解的难题,主要体现在小规模及超小规模学校问题凸显、人力资源问题相对胶着、内外治理能力不足、乡村生源弱势状况堪忧。基于合作探索的亲身体悟,借鉴国内外同行研究中破解乡村教育发展困境的思路和经验,提出乡村学校走出困境并走向高质量发展的可能路径:在区域教育现代化框架下推进城乡教育一体化;盘活资源、促进共享,创新乡村教师流动政策;重点扶持乡村小规模学校,另辟蹊径实现跨越式发展。In recent years, rural education in China has received more and more attention and support, but the development of rural schools still has many problems which need to be solved urgently, such as difficulties caused by small-and ultra-small-scale schools, the relative stalemate of human resources, the insufficient governance capacity inside and outside the school, and the large disadvantaged group of students from rural areas.Based on the personal experience of cooperative exploration, as well as the ideas or experience of domestic and foreign counterparts to solve the dilemma of rural education development, this paper aims to put forward a possible path for rural schools to get out of the predicament and move towards high-quality development, such as promoting the integration of urban and rural education under the framework of regional education modernization, innovating teachers’ mobility policies with the help of resources revitalization and accelerating sharing, and focusing on supporting small-scale rural schools to find another way to achieve leapfrog development.
