摘  要:在“课程思政”建设中,“课程”工具理性与“思政”价值理性的二元对立使“育才”与“育人”呈现脱节状态,影响着“课程思政”工作目标的实现。构建高校“课程思政”共同体旨在打破“育才”与“育人”的壁垒局面,汇聚成立德树人的整体合力。围绕高校立德树人根本任务,需要以强化政治引领,增进价值认同为根本;以落实主体责任,完善育人格局为抓手;以创新协作机制,促进协同发展为动力;以统筹各类资源,落实激励保障为依托,科学构建高校“课程思政”共同体,形成“思政课程”与“课程思政”共同赋能、立德树人工程的圈层效应,全面培育担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。in the construction of"ideological and political courses"in institutions of higher learning,the binary opposition between the"courses"as instruments and"ideology and politics"as values leads to a disconnection between"cultivation of talents"and"education of people",which hampers the attainment of the objectives of the"course-based ideological and political education".The effort to construct a"teaching community of ideological and political education"is aimed to break up this barrier between"cultivation of talents"and"education of people"and to gather strength of teaching resources in moral education.The fundamental tasks of moral education in institutions of higher learning requires a strengthening of political guidance,a promotion of identification with correct values,a fulfillment of responsibilities on the part of the teaching staff,an innovation of collaborative mechanisms to promote coordinated development,an integration of resources backed up by a system of incentives,and the building of a"teaching community of ideological and political courses"that empowers the"course-based ideological and political education"to form a"circle-layer"effect in moral education,and educate the young students to become capable talents who can shoulder up the tasks of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
