摘  要:我国经济正处于快速发展时期,人们对食品品质的要求更高,食品相关产品检验检测也成为社会关注的重点话题。本文将食品相关产品检验检测作为研究对象,简单分析其质量控制意义,通过整理其主要内容,总结抽样应遵循的基本原则,并从完善系统、资金投入、优化制度等方面入手,详细分析食品相关产品检验检测的质量控制方式,旨在为更多检验检测单位提供思考方向,推动我国食品领域的可持续发展。China’s economy is in a period of rapid development, and people have higher requirements for food quality. The inspection and testing of food-related products has also become a key topic of social concern. This paper takes the inspection and testing of food-related products as the research object, briefly analyzes the significance of its quality control, summarizes the basic principles that should be followed by sampling through sorting out its main contents, and analyzes the quality control methods of food-related products inspection and testing in detail from the aspects of improving the system, capital investment, and optimizing the system, aiming at providing more inspection and testing units with thinking directions and promoting the sustainable development of China’s food industry.
