摘  要:目的观察微课-翻转课堂-案例教学(CBL)混合教学法在中西医结合外科学中的教学效果。方法将中西医结合临床专业2017级31名本科生作为实验组,采用微课-翻转课堂-CBL混合教学法;对照组为2016级29名本科生。采用问卷形式,调查2017级本科生对新教学法的满意度,并比较2组的期末考核成绩。结果实验组对新教学法的满意度较高,且期末考核成绩高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);客观题平均得分2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);主观题实验组得分明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课-翻转课堂-CBL混合教学法改革成效明显,有助于激发学习兴趣及自主性,提高对知识的掌握程度。Objective To observe the teaching effect of the mixed teaching method of micro-class-flipped class-case teaching(CBL)in integrated traditional and western medicine surgery.Methods 31 students of the clinical major of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the Grade 2017 were taken as the experimental group,and the mixed teaching method of micro-lecture,flipped classroom and CBL was adopted.The control group was 29 students of Grade 2016 who attended this course in the last academic year.Questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of the new teaching method in the experimental group,and the final examination results of the experimental group and the control group were compared.Results The experimental group had a higher overall satisfaction with the new teaching method.Compared with the control group,the final examination scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the average scores of objective questions between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of subjective questions in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice results of“micro-lesson,flipped classroom and CBL”mixed teaching method in the surgery of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine show that the mixed teaching method has obvious effect,which is helpful to improve students’interest in learning,learning autonomy and the mastery of key knowledge.
