摘 要:为适应新形势下医疗体制改革带来的对传统的口腔医学临床教学模式的冲击、机遇与挑战,解决目前口腔临床诊疗对口腔医学临床实践教学时间的挤占,以及缺乏临床质量评价与反馈的矛盾,浙大口腔教学团队结合认知学习理论,针对目前口腔临床教学中要解决的关键问题,弥补口腔临床实践教学过程中质量控制及反馈体系的缺失,总结出了全新的“讲授-示范-操作-反馈”即“Tell-Show-Do-Feedback”(TSDF)口腔临床椅旁教学模式。同时建立配套质量控制反馈体系,并将TSDF椅旁教学模式与质量控制反馈体系在牙体牙髓临床实践教学中进行应用。文章对基于认知学习理论的TSDF口腔椅旁教学模式及配套质量控制反馈体系的具体概念、构建、及在牙体牙髓临床教学中的实施过程做一介绍。In order to adapt to the impact,opportunities and challenges on the traditional clinical teaching mode of stomatology brought about by the reform of the medical system under the new situation,to solve the current shortage of clinical practice teaching time of stomatology by clinical diagnosis and treatment,as well as the contradiction of lack of clinical quality evaluation and feedback system,Zhejiang University’s stomatology teaching team combined cognitive learning theory,aiming at the key problems to be solved in the current stomatology clinical teaching,to make up for the lack of quality control and feedback system in the process of stomatology clinical practice teaching,and summed up a new T(Tell)S(Show)D(Do)F(Feedback)chairside teaching mode.At the same time,a supporting quality control feedback system was established,and the TSDF chair side teaching model and quality control feedback system were applied in the dental pulp clinical practice teaching.This paper introduces the concept,construction and implementation process of TSDF oral chair side teaching model and supporting quality control feedback system based on cognitive learning theory in the dental body and pulp clinical teaching.
