摘 要:目的探讨费茨动作技能形成理论结合错误学习法(error-based learning,EBL)在护理本科生婴儿心肺复苏培训中的应用效果。方法将2021年8—10月的139名护理本科实习生随机分为两组,对照组采用基于费茨动作技能形成理论的传统教学法;观察组采用费茨动作技能形成理论联合EBL教学法,综合比较两种教学方法的培训效果。结果观察组理论、操作和教学满意度总分依次为(91.25±6.37)分、(89.60±3.51)分、(55.91±6.19)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除“复苏后处理”环节外,观察组其他环节易错点发生率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理本科实习生婴儿心肺复苏中实施费茨动作技能形成理论结合EBL教学法,可提高学生理论、操作成绩及教学满意度,提升教学质量。Objective To understand the effects by usinga combination teaching method of Fitts action skill formation theory and error-based learning(EBL)in infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training.Methods A total of 139 undergraduate nursing students from August to October 2021 of Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were randomly divided into two groups.Fitts action skill formation theory-based teaching method was performed in the control groups,while Fitts action skills formation theory-based teaching combined with errorbased teaching was applied in the observational group.A multi-planar approach was used to evaluate the teaching effects between the two methods after the training.Results The total scores of knowledge,operation and satisfaction of the observation group were(91.25±6.37),(89.60±3.51),(55.91±6.19),and significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Except for the link of"post-resuscitation treatment",the incidence rate of error prone points in other links of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to the popular teaching method,the combined teaching method of Fitts action skill formation theory and error-based learning is much helpful in improving the effects of infant CPR training.
