微信联合CBL教学法在血液内科规范化培训中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨微信联合以案例为基础的教学法(casebased learning,CBL)在血液内科住院医师规范化培训(住培)中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年7月在南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院血液内科进行住培的74名医师为研究对象,根据入科时间分为对照组(采用传统教学模式,36名)和观察组(采用微信联合CBL教学法,38名)。对比分析两组住培医师考核成绩及教学满意度评估教学成效。结果观察组住培医师的血液病理论笔试和病例分析成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组认为微信联合CBL教学法能够激发学生的学习兴趣,有助于血液病理论知识的掌握、增强团队协作意识及培养临床思维,对教学模式的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微信联合CBL教学法应用到血液内科住培教学中,有助于提升住培医师的综合素质。Objective To explore the effects of WeChat combined with case-based learning(CBL)method in standardized training of residents in department of hematology.Methods A total of 74 residents who received standardized training of residents in department of hematology from January 2019 to July 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(using traditional teaching method,n=36)and the observation group(using WeChat combined with CBL teaching method,n=38)according to the time of entering the department.The teaching efficacy were evaluated by comparing the test scores and teaching satisfaction between the two groups.Result The written test and case analysis results of residents in observation group were better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group believed that WeChat combined with CBL teaching method could stimulate students’interest in learning,help to master the theoretical knowledge of hematological diseases,enhance the consciousness of team cooperation and cultivate clinical thinking,and had higher satisfaction with the teaching model,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat combined with CBL teaching method in standardized training of residents in department of hematology is helpful in improving the comprehensive quality of the residents.
