摘 要:教师伦理知识是教育实践表达的道德智慧。它是教师知识的重要组成部分,内含二重向度,展现应用性、生成性、智慧性的特征。提出教师伦理知识对拓展师德内涵,解决教育伦理困境,丰富教师专业素养,具有重要价值。在教师专业发展中,需要重构教师专业伦理课程,建设育人伦理共同体,引导教师善于进行伦理实践反思,完善教师专业伦理规范,从而促进教师伦理知识的生成。Teachers’ ethical knowledge is the practical expression of moral wisdom and an important part ofteachers’ know-how. It has dual connotation and shows the characteristics of application, generation and wisdom.Putting forward teachers’ ethical knowledge is of great value to expand the connotation of teachers’ ethics, solve thedilemma of educational ethics and enrich teachers’ professional quality. In teachers’ professional development, it isnecessary to reconstruct teachers’ professional ethics curriculum, build educational ethics community, guide teachers toreflect on ethical practice, and improve teachers’ professional ethics norms, so as to promote the generation of teachers’ ethical knowledge.
