摘 要:强师计划提出要加强高水平教师教育体系建设,公费师范生培养是我国教师教育体系的重要组成部分。通过总结我国公费师范生的发展历程,梳理部属及不同省份公费师范生政策的差异,挖掘其中的亮点与不足,进而提出关于我国公费师范生政策的思考与建议:推广全日制公费教育硕士培养政策,探索本科硕士一贯制、复合型教育硕士培养模式;加大紧缺学科教师补充力度,扩大复合型男幼师培养规模;增加公费师范生录取前面试环节,优化进入退出机制;加强公费师范生职后保障激励,建立区域流动就业机制。The Strong Teacher Plan proposes that the strengthening of the establishment of a high-level teacher education system,and that the government-funded normal student program plays an important part in the Chinese teacher training and development system.This paper summarizes the development history of China’s government-funded normal student training programs,sorts out the differences between the policies of state-funded normal students in Ministry of Education and different provinces in the country,discusses the pros and cons,and finally puts forward reflections and suggestions on China’s publicly funded normal students training program.First,it further outlines the full time master-level government-funded normal student training programs,establishes the consistency between the cultivation of the undergraduate and master,also provides the training model for the interdisciplinary Master of Education.Then it steps up the efforts to supplement teachers in the field of subjects shortage and expands the training scale of all-round development of male kindergarten teachers. In addition,it adds the interview process before the enrollment of government-funded normal students and optimizes the entry and exit mechanism.Finally,it strengthens the post-employment welfare benefits and incentive for normal students and establishes a regional mobility employment mechanism.
