新时代民族地区巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的内生发展动力研究

摘　　要：民族地区完成脱贫攻坚目标任务后,需要进一步巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,接续推动脱贫地区发展和乡村全面振兴,从而推动新时代全体人民共同富裕目标实现。近年来,浙江省景宁畲族自治县充分挖掘利用山区特色生态资源和畲族特色文化,通过机制创新激发地方内生发展动力,率先完成脱贫攻坚任务,为全国民族自治县脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接提供了“景宁样本”。因此,借鉴景宁县率先从脱贫攻坚迈向乡村振兴的实践探索,民族地区迫切需要在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的基础上,充分运用新发展理念,挖掘利用特色资源优势,提升自我发展能力,探索推动民族地区高质量发展路径,有效推进民族地区实现共同富裕。After the accomplishment of the task of poverty alleviation in regions inhabited by ethnic groups,it is indispensable to further consolidate and expand its achievements,continue to push forward the development of poverty-stricken areas and the overall rejuvenation of villages,which propels the realization of the goal of common prosperity for all Chinese people in the new era.In recent years,Jingning She Autonomous County in Zhejiang Province has made full use of its ecological resources and culture with mountain characteristics,stimulated local endogenous development through mechanism innovation and fulfilled the mission of poverty elimination in the first place.Meanwhile,it has offered a“Jingning sample”for the effective connection between poverty alleviation in ethnic autonomous counties and rural vitalization.Therefore,on the basis of the above effective connection mentioned,the ethnic minority areas urgently need to make use of the new development concepts,dig and utilize the advantages of characteristic resources,upgrade self-development abilities,explore ways to boost high-quality development in ethnic areas,and effectively enhance their realization of common prosperity.
