摘  要:近年来,在国际局势风云变幻的背景下,我国经济发展进入新常态,社会转型速度不断加快,社会竞争程度持续加剧,当代青年面临的挑战和压力与日俱增。青年一代是我国社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,其挫折承受力和心理耐受力在一定程度上关乎中国特色社会主义现代化道路的发展前景,因此,加强和创新大学生挫折教育工作势在必行。文本从大学生挫折教育面临的现实困境入手,分析挫折教育存在问题的主要成因,并从育人内容、顶层设计、实践途径和协同育人等四个方面,积极探索创新优化大学生挫折教育的方法与路径。In recent years, with the changing international political and economic situation, China’s economic development has entered a new normal, the speed of social transformation is accelerating, the degree of social competition continues to intensify, and the challenges and pressures faced by contemporary youth are increasing day by day. College students are the builders and successors of our country’s socialist cause, and their frustration endurance and psychological endurance are related to the future of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, it is imperative to innovate the frustration education for college students. Starting from the realistic predicament of frustration education, this paper analyzes the main causes of the existing problems, and, from four aspects of educational content, top-level design, practical approach and cooperative education, explores the methods and paths to innovate and optimize frustration education for college students.
