摘　　要：阐述国家通用语言文字推广的历史渊源和学理内涵,对坚定不移做好国家通用语言文字推广普及工作具有重要意义。中华民族多元一体格局演进成就了汉语汉字的通用语言文字地位,新中国国家通用语言文字推广普及工作是中华民族通用语言文字推广历史的赓续发展和超越,这是理解当前推广普及工作的历史渊源;国家通用语言文字是各族儿女交流沟通的工具,是中华民族共享共有的文化符号,记载并传承着中华民族共同的历史文化,这是推广普及国家通用语言文字的学理内涵。历史渊源与学理内涵密切关联,学理内涵也蕴藏于历史渊源中。It is important to elaborate on the historical origin and doctrinal connotation of the promotion of the national common language,and to do a good job of promoting the popularization of the national common language with unswerving determination.The evolution of the pluralistic integration pattern of the Chinese nation has made the language and script of Han the national common language.The promotion and popularization of the national common language in New China is the continuous development and transcendence of the history of the promotion of the national common language of the Chinese nation.This is the historical origin of understanding the current promotion and popularization efforts.The national common language is a tool for communication among all ethnic groups of the Chinese nation,the crystallization of the intermingling of ethnic groups,as well as a cultural symbol shared by the Chinese nation,which records and transmits the common history and culture of the Chinese nation.This is the doctrinal connotation of the promotion and popularization of the national common language.The historical origin is closely related to the doctrinal connotation,and the doctrinal connotation is also embedded in the historical origin.
