摘 要:地铁提速是未来轨道交通发展的必然趋势,服役条件下的车轮磨损会导致车轮半径减小和等效锥度增大,容易造成车辆蛇行失稳。为了保持服役条件下提速地铁车辆的横向运动稳定性,通过调研获取了上海某线路地铁车辆的车轮磨损情况,建立了含抗蛇行减振器的地铁横向动力学模型,研究了车轮磨损对于地铁车辆横向运动稳定性的影响,对比服役条件下有无抗蛇行减振器的车辆临界速度,指明了安装抗蛇行减振器对于服役地铁提速的必要性。结果表明,服役条件下的地铁车辆车轮半径减小以及等效锥度增大会降低车辆的临界速度,增大蛇行运动幅值。通过安装抗蛇行减振器,能有效地解决地铁车辆车轮磨损以及提速带来的横向运动稳定性裕量不足的问题,同时也能避免地铁车辆在异常参数匹配下发生一次蛇行运动。论文工作对探究服役地铁车辆进一步提速以及车轮和钢轨的维护保养具有一定的参考价值。Metro vehicles speeding-up is an inevitable trend of development of rail transit in future. Vehicle wheel wear under service conditions can cause decrease in wheel radius and increase in equivalent conicity to easily lead to vehicle hunting motion instability. Here, to maintain lateral motion stability of speeding-up metro vehicles under service conditions, wheel wear situation of metro vehicles on a certain line in Shanghai was obtained through investigation, and a lateral dynamic model of metro vehicle with anti-yaw dampers was established. Effects of wheel wear on lateral motion stability of metro vehicle were studied. Critical speeds of vehicle with and without anti-yaw damper under service conditions were compared to tell the necessity of installing anti-yaw damper for speeding-up metro vehicle in service. The results showed that decrease in wheel radius and increase in equivalent conicity of metro vehicles can reduce their critical speed and increase amplitude of their hunting motion;installing anti-yaw dampers can effectively solve the problem of wheel wear of metro vehicles and insufficient lateral motion stability margin caused by speeding-up, and also avoid a hunting motion of metro vehicles under abnormal parametric matching;the study results have a certain reference value for exploring further speeding-up metro vehicles in service and maintenance of wheels and rails.
