学习型社会建设背景下首都女性终身学习的调查研究

摘  要:“互联网+”时代社会发展日新月异,终身学习成为全球教育发展的关键议题。女性具有独特角色,在社会发展中发挥着关键作用。女性终身学习对于提高女性自身素质、改善女性的社会地位具有重要意义,并可以有利推动学习型社会建设。首都女性终身学习的调查研究对疫情背景下首都女性的终身学习状况进行了全面调查。调查发现首都女性终身学习受到收入水平、学历水平和城乡归属的影响。疫情在很大程度上改变了首都女性的学习需求和学习方式。文章对如何促进首都女性终身学习这一问题,从营造终身学习氛围、保障女性学习权利、汇聚优质教育资源、优化学习资源推送方式、善用信息技术、顺应学习需求与方式变革等角度提出了建议。In the era of Internet Plus,lifelong learning has become a key issue of global education development.Women have a unique role and play an important part in social development.Women’s lifelong learning is of great significance for improving women’s quality and social status and can be beneficial to the construction of a learning society.In order to understand the learning needs of women in the capital Beijing,this paper conducts extensive research on how the pandemic affects women’s employment,family life and children’s education as well as the resulting learning needs.Aimed at promoting lifelong learning for women in the capital,this paper puts forward some suggestions in terms of creating a lifelong learning atmosphere,protecting women’s learning rights,pooling superior education resources,optimizing the way of releasing learning resources,using modern educational technology,keeping with learning needs and changing learning styles,and so on.
