摘 要:为了适应行业需求,提出了一种平面弹簧预紧的压电驱动喷射点胶阀,用于高速和微量点胶。平面弹簧预紧的设计使喷射点胶阀的结构更加紧凑,占用空间更小,维修与更换更加便捷。利用ADAMS建立了压电喷射阀的刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型;然后通过搭建的实验系统获得了实验结果,在0.09 mm的行程下,喷针的速度就可以达到0.32 m/s,实验结果与仿真结果基本一致,证明了所提出模型的可靠性,为含柔性零件压电喷射点胶阀的设计与研究提供了一种方法。实验探究了不同控制参数对压电喷射阀动态性能的影响,并且对压电喷射阀胶滴体积的一致性进行了实验,胶滴的体积误差在±1.5%以内。In order to meet the needs of the industry, a piezoelectric driving jetting dispenser with plane spring preloading is proposed for high-speed and micro dispensing.The design of plane spring pre tightening makes the structure of the spray dispensing valve more compact, takes up less space, and makes the maintenance and replacement more convenient.ADAMS is used to establish the rigid flexible coupling dynamic simulation model of the piezoelectric jetting dispenser.Then the experimental results are obtained through the experimental system.Under the stroke of 0.09 mm, the speed of the needle can reach 0.32 m/s.The experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation results, which proves the reliability of the proposed model, and provides a new way for the design and research of piezoelectric jetting dispenser with flexible parts method.The influence of different control parameters on the dynamic performance of the piezoelectric jetting dispenser is investigated, and the consistency of the drop volume is tested.The error of the dot volume is within ±1.5 %.
