摘  要:本试验旨在探究花生红衣中原花青素的最佳提取条件及提取物的抗氧化活性。以花生红衣为研究对象,对8种大孔树脂通过静态吸附试验和动态解析试验进行筛选择优,然后经动态吸附试验优化其最佳吸附工艺条件,最后采用不同浓度乙醇进行洗脱提取,并对提取物进行抗氧化活性检测。结果表明:提取原花青素的较适树脂为LX-32,其最佳吸附条件为上样流速1.5 mL/min、样品浓度6.0 mg/mL。20%、40%、60%乙醇洗脱提取物中的原花青素抗氧化活性差异不大,对羟自由基、DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力分别为50%~53%、40%~44%、13%~14%。The aim of this study was to explore the optimal extraction conditions and the antioxidant activity of proanthocyanidins from peanut seed coat. Eight kinds of macroporous resin were selected by static adsorption test and dynamic analytical test. Then the optimal adsorption conditions were confirmed by dynamic adsorption test. Finally, 20%, 40% and 60% ethanol were used for elution extraction, and the antioxidant activity of the extract was detected. The results showed that LX-32 was the suitable resin for proanthocyanidin extraction, and the optimal adsorption conditions included: loading flow rate as 1.5 mL/min and sample concentration as 6.0 mg/mL. There was no significant difference in ability of the products for scavenging hydroxyl radical, DPPH radical and superoxide anion radical, and the scavenging ability to hydroxyl radical, DPPH and superoxide anion was 50%~53%, 40%~44% and 13%~14%, respectively.
