现代学徒制“校企合作、协同育人”模式研究——以船舶工程技术专业为例

摘　　要：开展现代学徒制是“双高计划”建设期间的重点人才培养项目。船舶工程技术专业是培养一线造船人才的重点专业,以船舶工程技术专业为研究对象,分析比较传统学徒制与现代学徒制的差异,构建基于现代学徒制的“校企合作、协同育人”的教学新模式,推动专业群内其他专业加快现代学徒制改革的脚步。The development of modern apprenticeship is a key talents training project during the construction of the"Double High Plan".Marine engineering and technology is a key major to cultivate front-line shipbuilding talents.This paper takes the marine engineering and technology major as the research object,analyzes and compares the differences between traditional apprenticeship and modern apprenticeship,builds a new teaching mode of"school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education"based on modern apprenticeship,and promotes other majors in the professional group to speed up the pace of modern apprenticeship reform.
