摘 要:米糠是一种营养好且价格低廉的饲料原料,但易发生酸败,在动物饲料中应用易破坏畜禽正常的生理功能,降低畜禽机体健康水平,造成畜产品品质下降,带来食品安全的风险。针对米糠在饲料中的应用情况,从米糠的营养成分、酸败的发生情况和酸败米糠对养殖动物和畜产品的影响等方面进行了系统综述,为米糠饲料的合理开发与利用提供理论依据,并提出稳定化米糠、米糠粕和发酵米糠粕在饲料中的应用是未来发展趋势。Rice bran is a kind of feed raw material with decent nutrition and a low price,but it is prone to rancidity in the process of being used and stored.As animal feed,it is easy to destroy the normal physiological function of livestock and poultry,reduce the health level of livestock and poultry,cause the quality of livestock products to decline,and bring the risk of food safety.In view of the application of rice bran in feed,the nutritional composition of rice bran,the occurrence of rancidity and the influence of rice bran rancidity on farmed animals and livestock products were systematically reviewed,which provided theoretical basis for rational development and utilization of rice bran feed,and suggested that the application of stabilized rice bran,rice bran meal and fermented rice bran meal in feed would be the future development trend.
