摘 要:目的探讨团队教学法联合内镜模型对临床教学的价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月徐州市肿瘤医院实习学生62名,随机分为培训组及对照组,各31名学生,其中培训组采用团队教学法联合内镜模型操作训练,对照组采用传统讲课方式。比较两组学生学习效果及教学成果差异。结果培训组技能考核及理论考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训组外科解剖掌握程度、手术步骤了解、腹腔镜操作熟练度及学习积极性提高的占比分别为93.5%、83.9%、90.3%及96.8%,明显高于对照组的54.8%、45.2%、48.4%及48.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训组对教学满意率为96.8%,高于对照组的80.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训组学生经前列腺模型培训后,在出血控制率、安全性及腺体切除率方面均明显高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团队教学法联合内镜模型相对传统教学方法可明显提高实习学生专科理论和技能操作水平,且有助于增强实习学生的信心和学习兴趣,值得临床教学合理运用。Objective To explore the value of team teaching method combined with endoscopic model for clinical teaching.Methods 62 internship students were selected in Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021,they were randomly divided into training group and control group,with 31 students each.The training group used the team teaching method combined with endoscopic model operation training,and the control group used the traditional lecture method.Compare the learning effect and teaching results of the two groups of students.Results The scores of skill assessment and theoretical assessment in the training group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the training group who have improved their surgical anatomy mastery,surgical procedure understanding,laparoscopic operation proficiency and learning enthusiasm was 93.5%,83.9%,90.3%and 96.8%respectively,which were significantly higher than 54.8%,45.2%,48.4%and 48.4%in the control group,the difference was statis tically significant(P<0.05).The students in the training group were higher in bleeding control rate,safety and glandular resection rate after training with the prostate model than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The team teaching method combined with the endoscopic model can significantly improve the theoretical and operational skills of the internship students compared with the traditional teaching method,and it helps to enhance the confidence and learning interest of the internship students.It is worthy of reasonable use in clinical teaching.
