摘  要:对于应用型地方高校食品专业教学而言,除了面向学生传授专业知识以外,还应当以提高大学生人才竞争力为导向,全面培养大学生创新创业意识与能力,力争实现教学价值的最大化,为学生今后的职业生涯发展做好规划与铺垫。从教学理念创新、教学方法创新、考核方式创新、拓宽实践教学之路等方面着手,探讨了应用型地方高校食品专业创新创业教育人才培养模式实践策略,以期为地方本科高校人才培养模式提供有价值的借鉴。As for the teaching of food specialty in application-oriented local universities,in addition to the teaching professional knowledge,it should also be guided by improving the competitiveness of college students.Meanwhile,teaching should comprehensively cultivate the awareness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students to strive to maximize the teaching value.Teaching should plan and pave the way for the future career development of students eventually.This paper discussed the practice strategy of talent training mode of food specialty innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied local universities from the aspects of teaching idea innovation,teaching method innovation,assessment method innovation and broadening the way of practice teaching,in order to provide valuable reference for local undergraduate talent training mode.
