摘　　要：中华民族伟大复兴赋予了文艺工作者更多的历史使命和责任。在新时代背景下,新一代的张家口艺术人,需要把握张家口美术创作的发展方向和传播途径,为张家口的艺术本土化、创新化、国际化提出解决方案。The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has endowed literary and art workers with more historical missions and responsibilities.In the background of the new era,the new generation of Zhangjiakou artists needs to grasp the development direction and communication channels of Zhangjiakou fine art creation,and finds out solutions for the localization,innovation and internationalization of Zhangjiakou art.
