摘 要:目的探讨以问题为导向(PBL)联合护理助手软件学习对基层医院重症监护病房(ICU)护士批判性思维及业务学习效果的影响。方法选取2021年6月-2022年5月惠州市第六人民医院ICU护士86名为研究对象,以小组为单位将研究对象使用随机数表法随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规业务学习模式,观察组采用PBL联合护理助手软件教学,观察一年的学习效果及评判性思维能力的提升程度。通过自行编制问卷形式及中文版评判性思维态度倾向性调查表观察研究结果及教学成效。结果在开展PBL联合护理助手教学后,观察组学员在分析能力、开放思想、认知成熟度、评判思维自信心、系统化能力等维度上得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学员在双重教学模式下辅以软件学习对学习内容掌握得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以问题为导向学习联合护理助手资料提供的联合教学方法能有效提高基层医院ICU护士的评判性思维,有利于护理实践,值得深入推广。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning combined with nursing assistant software learning on the critical thinking and business learning effects of ICU nurses in primary hospitals.Methods A total of 86 nurses with ICU in Huizhou Sixth People’s Hospital from June 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,the conventional business learning mode was used,and the observation group used PBL combined with nursing assistant software to observe the learning effect and the improvement of critical thinking ability for one year.The research results and teaching effectiveness were observed through self-developed questionnaire form and the Chinese version of the critical thinking attitude tendency questionnaire.Results After carrying out project-based learning combined with nursing assistant teaching,the observation group students scored significantly higher than the control in terms of information pursuit,cognitive maturity,truth-seeking,analysis and judgment,open thinking,logical reasoning ability,and overall system control ability.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the students in the observation group under the dual teaching mode supplemented with software learning to master the content of learning score higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint teaching method provided by problem-based learning and joint nursing assistant materials can effectively improve the critical thinking of ICU nurses in primary hospitals,which is conducive to nursing practice and is worthy of further promotion.
