摘  要:在分析广东省高等职业教育质量年度报告的基础上,从试点院校和专业、现代学徒制试点工作开展、现代学徒制培养实践等方面阐述了广东实施现代学徒制试点基本情况。依托调研数据,剖析了高职院校现代学徒制“双导师”队伍建设、现代学徒制标准制定及学徒管理、现代学徒制学生权益保障、现代学徒制经费及双主体落实等方面存在的问题,提出加强现代学徒制“双导师”队伍建设、校企共同研制现代学徒制标准体系、建立健全现代学徒制学生权益保障法律、加大现代学徒制资金投入落实双主体育人等推进现代学徒制试点工作的对策建议。Based on the analysis of the annual report on the quality of higher vocational education in Guangdong Province, this paper expounds the basic situation of the pilot implementation of modern apprenticeship system in Guangdong from the aspects of pilot colleges and specialties, the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system, and the training practice of modern apprenticeship system.Based on the survey data, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the team of "double mentors" of modern apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges, the formulation of modern apprenticeship standards and apprenticeship management, the protection of students’ rights and interests, the funds of modern apprenticeship system and the implementation of double subjects.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the pilot work of the modern apprenticeship system from the aspects of strengthening the construction of the "double mentors" team and jointly developing the standard system of the modern apprenticeship system, establishing and perfecting the law to protect the students’ rights and interests and increasing the capital investment of the modern apprenticeship system.
