理工科类拔尖创新人才培养模式探索与实践——以中南大学材料科学与工程学院为例

摘　　要：在国家大力实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下,高校的人才培养模式逐渐由应试教育转向对拔尖创新能力的培养。该文以中南大学材料科学与工程学院拔尖创新人才培养为例,以夯实学科基础理论和引导学科兴趣的创新实践为基础,通过构建多维评价体系与培养目标、实施多元化教学与实践模式、师生联动开展创新实验训练、打造五维能力提升品牌活动及以竞赛促进青春赋能等举措有效促进创新创业型拔尖人才培养。In the context of the national vigorous implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,the cultivation mode of college talents has gradually changed from examination-oriented education to the cultivation of top-notch innovation ability.Taking the cultivation of top innovative talents in the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Central South University as an example,based on the innovative practice which consolidates the basic theories of the discipline and guides its interests.This paper effectively promotes the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial top talents by constructing multi-dimensional evaluation system and training objectives,implementing diversified teaching and practice modes,jointly carrying out innovative experimental training between teachers and students,building five-dimensional ability to enhance brand activities,and promoting youth empowerment through competition.
