“立心”对道德教育的基础作用

摘　　要：研究在崭新的存在论基础上确认了人的既具有内在超越性的自然法导向,又具有道德力量的“良心”是“生命需要-生命固有的本真驱动力(‘慈’)”,它为道德的现实化提供动力,为道德判断和道德实践提供内在的本然性的应然性的普遍尺度,为美德和规范提供价值基础,它是道德哲学和道德教育的根基。进而,“立心”,即对这种良心及其功能与表达的认识、激活和强化是道德教育的基础和关键性环节。上述“良心”理论、“立心”理论和“立心”这一基础和关键性环节的缺失是当前道德教育“失根”危机的根本原因。On the basis of the new ontology,this paper has confirmed that“human conscience”is both a need and an inherent driving force in human life,which has the features of both the inherent transcendence guided by the natural law and moral power.It provides power for the realization of morality,a means of general measurement for moral judgment and moral practice in terms of the real nature and the acquired nature of mankind,and a value basis for virtues and norms as well as moral philosophy and moral education.This paper also reveals that Li Xin,that is,understanding,activating and strengthening such conscience as well as its functions and expression,is the foundation and key link of moral education.The root cause for the current crisis of the“rootless”moral education is the lack of“conscience”in the above-mentioned theories.
