摘　　要：人工智能是新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力量,其产业发展水平与人才队伍水平密切相关。对人工智能产业的国内外发展态势进行研究,利用AI自然语言理解技术对我国人工智能领域的顶尖人才以及全国和江苏的专利人才进行数据挖掘和统计分析,得出我国和江苏人工智能领域的人才分布信息,提出相应的产业人才开发策略,以期为江苏人工智能领域的招才引智提供有效的信息支撑。Artificial intelligence is an importantdriving force for a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform,the level of its industrial development is closely related to the construction of the talent team.This paper studies the development situation of artificial intelligence industry at home and abroad,uses AI natural language understanding technology to carry out data mining and statistical analysis on top talents in the field of artificial intelligence in China and patent talents in China and Jiangsu province,obtains the distribution information of talents in the field of artificial intelligence in China and Jiangsu province,and puts forward the corresponding industrial talent development strategy.In order to provide effective information support for the recruitment of artificial intelligence in Jiangsu.
