摘　　要：陶行知作为我国著名的人民教育家、思想家和教育改革、实践家,极大地推动了传统教育的革新。他的教育伦理思想着重凸显求真、求善、向上、公平,并以此作为价值原则。在教学实践方面,陶行知先生强调,要尊重学生并做到因材施教,同时还需德智并举及知行合一。这些教育内容相互之间联系紧密,共同折射出陶行知教育伦理思想特有的魅力,能为当前构建教育伦理体系提供理论指导。Tao Xing-zhi,as a famous educator,thinker and practitioner of education reform and practice,has greatly promoted the innovation of traditional education.His ethical thoughts on education highlight the pursuit of truth,good,upward,fair,and take them as value principles.In terms of teaching practice,Mr.Tao Xing-zhi emphasizes that students should be respected and taught according to their aptitude,and that morality and intelligence should be combined with knowledge and practice.These educational contents are closely related to each other,reflecting the unique charm of Tao Xing-zhi’s educational ethics thought,and providing theoretical guidance for the current construction of educational ethics system.
