摘 要:深化产教融合、校企合作,既是高等院校教育改革的机遇,又面临着巨大挑战。文章从分析集成电路人才培养需求出发,阐述了新时代背景下深度校企合作育人模式的意义及困境。结合宁波大学微电子专业的建设和发展,探讨了其在专业建设、实践教学、创新创业、实习实训基地以及师资队伍建设等方面进行的一些探索与实践,从而为高等院校建立具有微电子特色的产教深度融合、校企合作创新的人才培养体系提供借鉴经验,全面提高人才培养质量。Deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation is both an opportunity and a huge challenge for the educational reform of colleges and universities. Starting from the analysis of the training needs of integrated circuit talents, this paper expounds the significance and difficulties of the deep school-enterprise cooperation mode of education in the new era. Combined with the construction and development of microelectronics specialty in Ningbo University, this paper discusses some exploration and practice in specialty construction, practical teaching, innovation and entrepreneurship, practice and training base, and the construction of teaching staff, so as to provide reference experience for colleges and universities to establish a talent training system with microelectronics characteristics, in-depth integration of production and education, and school-enterprise cooperation and innovation, and comprehensively improve the quality of talent training.
