摘 要:产教融合概念提出以来,学术界对其涵义给予了不同的阐述,由于分歧较为明显,至今尚未形成高度的共识。鉴于职业院校与地方本科院校在人才培养目标和培养方式等方面存在着差异性,故地方本科院校亟需调整人才培养目标快速接轨社会经济发展的人才需求。同时,产教融合人才培养如何有效地实施并实现创新是地方本科院校成功转型的关键,无疑也是对产教融合理论的进一步丰富,具有极强的理论意义和现实意义。本文以产教融合为导向,全面剖析地方本科院校商科人才培养现状,并从培养理念、培养目标、培养机制和师资队伍等方面提出创新优化路径。The connotation of industry-education integration was interpreted differently by the academic community since the concept was put forward and there has not been a high degree of consensus due to the obvious differences.In view of the differences between vocational colleges and local undergraduate colleges in talent training objectives and training methods,it is urgent for local undergraduate colleges to adjust talent training objectives and quickly meet the needs of social and economic development.At the same time,how to effectively implement and innovate the talents training of production-education integration is the key to the successful transformation of local undergraduate colleges,which is undoubtedly the further enrichment of the theory of industry-education integration and has strong theoretical and practical significance.Guided by the integration of production and education,a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of business talent training in local undergraduate colleges and universities is made in this paper and innovative optimization paths are put forward from the aspects of training concept,training objectives,training mechanism and teaching staff.
