摘　　要：“食品理化检验”课程是食品质量与安全专业的重要核心课程,面对传统教学存在问题,课程不断进行改革尝试,提出融合OBE-CDIO理念的交互混合式教学模式,坚持以学生为中心,通过“构思-设计-实现-运作”在课前、课中、课后分别对教师和学生活动的设计达成教学目标;并以实际章节设置为例,阐述教学模式的具体课程设计方案。实践表明,融合OBE-CDIO理念的交互混合式教学模式可以提高“食品理化检验”课程的授课效果,提升学生主动参与度和积极性,也有利于提高学生实践创新能力和团队协作能力。“Food physical and chemical analysis”is an important basic core course for food quality and safety major,aiming at the problems existing in the traditional experimental teaching process.Reformation is constantly being tried,and then the interactive hybrid teaching mode based on the OBE-CDIO concept is proposed.Considering student-centered in the education ideas,the activities of teachers and students before,during and after class can be designed to achieve the teaching objectives through“conceive—design—actual—operation”.Taking the actual chapter settings as an example,teaching mode is described in detail.Practice have proved that the interactive hybrid teaching mode based on the OBE-CDIO concept can not only improve the teaching effect of food physical and chemical analysis course,but also enhance students’active participation and enthusiasm,and improve students’practical innovation ability and teamwork ability.
