摘　　要：通识教育在新时代新文科建设和复合型高等教育中的地位越来越重要,法学专业教育在全面推进依法治国战略的背景下更是任重而道远。法学专业教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,历来承担着为国家培育输送高素质法律人才的重任。武汉大学近年面向全校本科生开设“创业与法律”通识课程,将通识教育和法学专业教育相结合,融科学教育和人文教育于一体,校内教师的理论教学和校外实务专家的实践指导相辅相成,有利于充分发挥法学类通识教育的基础作用,为建设社会主义法治国家和发展社会主义市场经济提供充足人才储备。法学类通识课程教学效果的可持续和进一步优化,离不开专业的教学团队建设和专门且充分的经费支持。As liberal arts education is becoming increasingly important in the construction of new liberal arts in the new era and compound higher education,legal education,as a vital part of higher education and assuming the responsibility of training and providing high⁃quality legal talents,has a long way to go under the background of comprehensively promoting the rule of law in China.Over the years,Wuhan University has offered liberal course,“Entrepreneurship and Law”for the whole school undergraduates,which combines liberal arts education with legal education,unifies science education and humanity education,as well as integrates on⁃campus scholarstheoretical teaching and off⁃campus expertsempirical guidance,which is conducive to giving full play to the fundamental role of legal liberal education and providing sufficient qualified personnel for building a socialist rule of law state and developing a socialist market economy.More importantly,the sustainability and further optimization of the teaching effect of legal liberal courses cannot be achieved without the construction of professional teaching faculty and support of special and adequate funds.
