摘  要:乡村教师队伍建设不仅是提高乡村教育教学质量的主要手段,是推动农村教育改革和发展的前沿阵地,更能促进乡村教育振兴、经济发展和社会稳定,从而加速农业农村现代化实现。文章从乡村振兴视角出发,阐述乡村教师队伍建设现状,分析队伍建设面临着教师流动频繁、教育情怀缺失、教学观念陈旧和结构缺员严重等诸多问题,从完善教育教学配套、加强思想政治建设、拓展职业成长通道、健全教育质量管理和改善教育生态环境五个方面探索乡村教师队伍建设的现实路径。The construction of rural teacher team is the primary mean to improve the quality of rural education and teaching and the front of promoting the reform and development of rural education. Moreover, it can also promote the revitalization of rural education, economic development and social stability, so as to accelerate the realization of rural modernization. From the perspective of rural revitalization, this paper summarizes the current situation of rural teacher team construction, analyzes prominent contradictions such as frequent flow of teachers, lack of educational feelings, outdated teaching concepts and serious shortage of staff. The author explores the practical path of rural teacher team construction from five aspects: improving supporting facilities for education and teaching;strengthening ideological and political construction;developing career growth methods;amplifying education quality management and improving educational eco-environment.
