中美乡村教师生活待遇政策对比研究

摘　　要：世界各国普遍存在乡村学校教师短缺难题。乡村教师供给是解决乡村教育的关键和突破口。美国乡村教师生活待遇政策有效解决了乡村学校教师短缺问题。通过对比分析中美乡村教师生活待遇政策,提出进一步完善中国乡村教师生活待遇政策的法律制度、经费的财政分担体制,为乡村学校吸引和留住更多优秀教师,提高乡村教育质量,促进城乡教育均衡发展。The shortage of rural teachers is a common problem existed in the world. The supply of rural teachers is the key to develop rural education. The living treatment policy of rural teachers in the United States has effectively solved the shortage of rural school teachers. Through contrastive analysis on the living treatment policies of rural teachers between China and America, the legal system and financial sharing system should be further improved to attract and retain more excellent teachers for rural schools so as to improve rural educational equality and promote the balanced development of urban and rural education.
